As a former three term member of our Plano City Council, I know how important hard work, an open mind and experienced leadership is to being an effective leader on the Council. That's why I strongly endorse Lee Dunlap for re-election to Place 8. Candidly it takes time and hard work to understand the complex issues and financial decisions the Council must make for the good of all of Plano. Lee has clearly demonstrated the patience and intelligence to study the issues and to work effectively with his fellow Council members, which is one of many reasons why he's so successful and effective. At times like this, we need Lee representing us more than ever, which is why we strongly endorse Lee for re-election.
